Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY If you decide to cancel, a 7-day notice from your reservation time is required for a refund since we need time to rebook your time/date. Day-of cancellations and any no-call/no-show guests will lose their entire payment. Weather Policy: Heavy rain or lightning will cause a cancellation. You do have the option of touring in light rain. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation. 7-day forecasts will not be considered for cancellation. Forecasts change daily, and we will only accept a 6-hour forecast from the start time of your charter as consideration for cancellation. There is no charge if the cancellation is determined. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 security deposit is authorized at the time of booking for any damages or late fees. Your card will not be charged for your deposit unless damages occur.
