What is required to make a jetski reservation? The reserving person must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid ID and a credit card. If you are born after September 1, 1993, you must have a boating license (link to online boating exam is below). A credit card is required to definitively lock down a reservation, as well as the same credit card being held onto by staff while out on the lake as a placeholder until you arrive back. As long as there are no damages or late arrivals, there will be no charge on the credit card. We will provide everything needed, such as gas, life jackets, and instructions. The jet skis will be stationed at the 360 Boat Ramp and ready to ride by your booking time. We suggest you arrive 15min early to go over safety protocols and still have your full reservation time to ride. Once on site, a liabilty waiver will be provided which must be read and signed before riding. There is a weight limit of 350lbs for each jet ski, which insures the jet ski doesn't become top heavy and tip over. (The online boating safety license can be acquired online below) https://tpwd.texas.gov/education/boater-education/boater-education-online-courses

What if unfavorable weather is predicted?Weather Policy: Heavy rain or lightning will cause a cancellation. You do have the option of continuing in light rain. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation due to the fact that you will already be getting wet while out on the lake. We will use the predicted forecast one hour before the start time of your charter as consideration for cancellation. More importantly, we will use common sense as the main deciding factor. Forecasts change daily, so we will only accept a day of forecast of your charter as consideration for cancellation. All bookings canceled due to weather will be refunded fully minus the 4% transaction fee that has already been charged at checkout.
