Service Description
Looking to surf without breaking the bank? Our $100 per-seat wake surf charter is the perfect way to get out on the water, meet new people, and level up your surf game. Designed for both beginners and seasoned surfers, our 3-hour group sessions run every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday afternoon. Whether you're trying wake surfing for the first time or working on new tricks, our crew is there to help every step of the way. We provide top-quality boards for all riders, but feel free to bring your own boards if you prefer. It's a hassle-free, affordable way to get on the lake, progress your skills, and connect with a crew of fellow surf lovers. All you have to do is show up ready to ride—we’ll handle the rest. Spots fill fast, so book your seat and catch the wave with Surf Club ATX! (4 person minimum, 8 person maximum) If a session doesn't reach the minimum of 4 people, the paid members will be refunded or rescheduled to the next surf session. This is a public event. This is not a private lesson or charter. TIPS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Cancellation Policy
FOOD & DRINKS POLICY Food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages are permitted, but please no red wine or anything red drink/food that can stain the boat's interior. No glass is allowed on the boat to help prevent any dangerous broken glass scenarios while on board. Anyone consuming alcohol on board must be 21 years of age or older and may do so reasonably. We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for consumption that adversely affects and/or endangers the physical well-being of other persons and/or oneself, and/or which leads to damage to property. We do not provide or sell alcohol. No cigarettes or cigars are allowed in the boat. If you want to smoke, you have to do so in the water. CANCELLATION POLICY: To get a full refund of your payment, the cancellation must be done at least seven days prior to your reservation date. If cancellation occurs between 7 days to 48 hours before the reservation time, 50% of the payment will be withheld. If cancellations occur within 48 hours, only store credit for rescheduling will be granted. Day-of cancellations and any no-call/no-show guests will lose their entire payment and no longer have the choice to reschedule. (There's a 4% transaction fee on all payments, which is non-refundable.) WEATHER POLICY: Heavy rain or lightning will cause a cancellation. You do have the option of continuing if it's raining as long as there is no lightning. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation since you will already be getting wet riding out on the lake. We will use the predicted forecast two hours before the start time of your charter as consideration for cancellation. Reservations that are made on the day of are responsible for checking the weather forecast before booking. If a day of reservation is made and then cancelled due to weather, accounts will only be credited for a reschedule. Bookings that have been made 24hrs+ in advance that have been canceled due to weather will have the choice to be rescheduled or refunded, minus the 4% non-refundable transaction fees. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $200 security deposit is authorized at the time of booking for any damages or extreme clean-ups, such as vomit or food being ground into the boat. Your card will not be charged for your deposit unless damages occur.
