Cancellation Policy

FOOD & DRINKS POLICY Food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages are permitted, but please no red wine or anything red drink/food that can stain the boat's interior. No glass is allowed on the boat to help prevent any dangerous broken glass scenarios while on board. Anyone consuming alcohol on board must be 21 years of age or older and may do so reasonably. We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for consumption that adversely affects and/or endangers the physical well-being of other persons and/or oneself, and/or which leads to damage to property. We do not provide or sell alcohol. No cigarettes or cigars are allowed in the boat. If you want to smoke, you have to do so in the water. CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to get a full refund of your deposit, the cancellation must be done at least seven days prior to your reservation date. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours, only store credit will be granted. Day-of cancellations and any no-call/no-show guests will lose their entire payment. Your payment will be refunded in full minus the 4% transaction fee. WEATHER POLICY: Heavy rain or lightning will cause a cancellation. You do have the option of continuing in light rain. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation due to the fact that you will already be getting wet while out on the lake. We will use the predicted forecast two hours before the start time of your charter as consideration for cancellation. All bookings canceled due to weather will be refunded fully, minus the 4% transaction fee that has already been charged at checkout. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $200 security deposit is authorized at the time of booking for any damages or extreme clean-ups, such as vomit or food being ground into the boat. Your card will not be charged for your deposit unless damages occur.
