Service Description
Our captain will pick you and your friends from up the 360 Loop Boat Ramp Dock, where we will start our lake adventure, starting with a lake tour for half of your reserved time and then anchoring down to enjoy the views, soak up the sun, and have some fun! 🌊 WHAT'S INCLUDED: - Captain, fuel, a large empty cooler (we can supply ice for a $12 fee), a floating mat, bluetooth sound system for your tunes, and room for 10 guests! ☀️ WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: - Gratuity that's made directly to your captain at the end of the charter. Tips help keep the good times going! 📍DEPARTURE LOCATION: - This boat operates on Lake Austin and will launch from 5019 N Capital of Texas Hwy (360 Loop Boat Ramp *please read and understand the terms and policies before making a reservation.*
Cancellation Policy
FOOD & DRINKS POLICY Food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages are permitted, but please no red wine or anything red drink/food that can stain the boat's interior. No glass is allowed on the boat to help prevent any dangerous broken glass scenarios while on board. Anyone consuming alcohol on board must be 21 years of age or older and may do so reasonably. We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for consumption that adversely affects and/or endangers the physical well-being of other persons and/or oneself, and/or which leads to damage to property. We do not provide or sell alcohol. No cigarettes or cigars are allowed in the boat. If you want to smoke, you have to do so in the water. CANCELLATION POLICY: To get a full refund of your payment, the cancellation must be done at least seven days prior to your reservation date. If cancellation occurs between 7 days to 48 hours before the reservation time, 50% of the payment will be withheld. If cancellations occur within 48 hours, only store credit for rescheduling will be granted. Day-of cancellations and any no-call/no-show guests will lose their entire payment and no longer have the choice to reschedule. (There's a 4% transaction fee on all payments, which is non-refundable.) WEATHER POLICY: Heavy rain or lightning will cause a cancellation. You do have the option of continuing if it's raining as long as there is no lightning. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation since you will already be getting wet riding out on the lake. We will use the predicted forecast two hours before the start time of your charter as consideration for cancellation. Reservations that are made on the day of are responsible for checking the weather forecast before booking. If a day of reservation is made and then cancelled due to weather, accounts will only be credited for a reschedule. Bookings that have been made 24hrs+ in advance that have been canceled due to weather will have the choice to be rescheduled or refunded, minus the 4% non-refundable transaction fees. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $200 security deposit is authorized at the time of booking for any damages or extreme clean-ups, such as vomit or food being ground into the boat. Your card will not be charged for your deposit unless damages occur.
