Service Description
Our captain will pick up you and your friends from the 360 Loop Boat Ramp Dock, where we will start our lake adventure, beginning with a lake tour and ending with us anchoring down in Lake Austin's party cove where you can soak up the sun and have some fun! 🌊 WHAT'S INCLUDED: - Captain, fuel, a large empty cooler (we can supply ice for a $12 fee), a floating mat, and bluetooth sound system for your tunes. ☀️ WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: - A 20% gratuity must be made directly to your captain at the end of the charter. Tips help keep the good times going! 📍DEPARTURE LOCATION: - This boat operates on Lake Austin and will launch from 5019 N Capital of Texas Hwy (360 Loop Boat Ramp *please read and understand the terms and policies before making a reservation.*
Cancellation Policy
FOOD & DRINKS POLICY Food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages are permitted, but please no red wine or anything red drink/food that can stain the boat's interior. No glass is allowed on the boat to help prevent any dangerous broken glass scenarios while on board. Anyone consuming alcohol on board must be 21 years of age or older and may do so reasonably. We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for consumption that adversely affects and/or endangers the physical well-being of other persons and/or oneself, and/or which leads to damage to property. We do not provide or sell alcohol. No cigarettes or cigars are allowed in the boat. If you want to smoke, you have to do so in the water. CANCELLATION POLICY If you decide to cancel, a 7-day notice from your reservation time is required for a refund. The reasoning is that we need time to rebook your time/date. Cancellation must be through GetMyBoat and not by telephone. There are no cancellations on holidays or holiday weekends, so please plan carefully. Day-of cancellations and any no-call/no-show guests will lose their entire payment. Weather Policy: Heavy rain or lightning will cause a cancellation. You do have the option of touring in light rain. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation. 7-day forecasts will not be considered for cancellation. Forecasts change daily, and we will only accept a 12-hour forecast from the start time of your charter as consideration for cancellation. There is no charge if the cancellation is determined. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $500 security deposit is authorized at the time of booking for any damages or extreme clean-ups, such as vomit or food being ground into the boat. Your card will not be charged for your deposit unless damages occur. A 20% mandatory tip for your captain can be made directly to your captain by cash or Venmo at the end of your charter. We reserve the right to charge your security deposit if you forget or fail to tip your captain.
